CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to the Premier Cosmetic team members, it is reserved specifically for you. We respectfully require a 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any cancellation fees and/or forfeiting services.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Premier Cosmetic team members schedules filled, properly thus better serving everyone.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to $25 fee.

  • “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period that need to cancel, must do so 4 hours prior to the appointment time.

  • Services may be held with a credit card.

  • A credit card “hold” transaction maybe made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.

Confirmation Calls and Text Messages

As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you.  Courtesy calls may be done 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

As a recipient of our services you are responsible for the charges associated with the services you receive. You may have other means of payment, such as a financing agency, but you remain legally and fully responsible for your entire bill.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. No checks please.
PayPal Credit: This a line of credit is between you and the creditor. At your request we can provide you information to apply for PayPal Credit. This is contract between the patient and PayPal.

COMPLICATIONS POST TREATMENT

Services offered are not an exact science. Although good results are anticipated, there can be no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results that you may get. If further treatments are needed to achieve your goal or are recommended, clients are financially responsible. Prices may vary depending on current promotions and pricing.

PRICING & OTHER CHANGES

Pricing, policies, product and services offered are subject to change at any time without notice. Please speak to a Spa Consultant for additional and up to date information
There will be no refund for services already provided.

REFERRALS

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the patient your refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a $30 credit to be used towards any service of your choice. It is our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!

LOST ITEMS

The responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items held in courtesy by us on your behalf remain exclusively with you. Feel free to maintain your belongings in your personal custody during your appointment.
